Scheduling Coordinator

Outdoor Lighting Perspectives and Conserva Irrigation, Solon, Ohio

Job Type: Part Time, flexible schedule, 20-25 hours per week (M-F)

Pay: $15 - $17/hour dependent upon experience

We are growing and seeking an organized, reliable and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator with exceptional customer service and people skills.

Outdoor Lighting Perspectives/Conserva Irrigation is the area’s leading outdoor lighting and irrigation company. We provide unsurpassed quality in outdoor lighting design, fixtures and installation, plus irrigation design, installation and service. This position requires a person with a ‘can do’ attitude who is willing to pitch in to keep the office organized and our customers happy.

As a Scheduling Coordinator you will:

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Work with our scheduling team to follow through on customers’ requests
• Answer phones, gather customer information
• Schedule appointments and assist with keeping projects on track and on time
• Email customers with appointment notes
• Respond to customer inquiries on deliveries, pricing, quality issues, etc.
• Handle customer issues and follow-up with appropriate internal personnel
• Set up new customer accounts and maintain customer files and customer plans in quotes folder
• Assist the Office/Marketing Manager with new or ongoing projects
• Conduct basic data entry tasks

Requirements:

• Previous office experience
• Previous customer service experience
• MS Word/Excel and Data Entry experience
• Previous CRM experience preferred
• Previous experience in scheduling appts preferred
• High level of comfort handling customer calls, issues & inquiries
• Excellent communication skills with internal & external customers
• Excellent organizational skills

Irrigation Team Member

Conserva Irrigation, Solon, Ohio

Job Type: Full-time (seasonal help is also welcome)

Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour

We are growing and seeking a responsible and reliable irrigation team member with exceptional customer service skills and desire to learn.

Conserva Irrigation is the area’s leading irrigation company. We provide unsurpassed quality in irrigation design, installation & service. This full-time position requires a problem solver who enjoys working outdoors. Working with team members, you will follow through on our customer's requests, while bringing a "can do" attitude and an action-oriented mindset to each project.

As an Irrigation Team Member, you will:

• Work with a team to provide service/repair to customers
• Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Dig shallow trenches, laying wire/pipe
• Assist in irrigation repairs/maintenance
• Assist in maintaining vehicle appearance and stock levels
• Assist in maintaining warehouse
• Work occasional overtime
• Bring a positive and friendly energy to customers and co-worker

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Clean driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, writing and listening
• Organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
